By authenticating an account or interfacing with the core engines of FiCore Academy, you explicitly agree to enter into compliance with these Terms of Service and our linked Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these operational parameters, you are restricted from utilizing the platform.
2. Use of the Platform & Allocation Rules
- Profile Integrity: You must register a verified institutional profile to access advanced metrics, study framework modules, and active Pacing Engine session parameters.
- Credential Accountability: Users retain absolute responsibility for protecting their session authentications and dashboard entry configurations.
3. Milestone & Verification Framework
- Competency Logging: Professional competence milestones, high-yield syllabus data entries, and performance velocity parameters must represent authentic user interactions.
- Audit Discretion: FiCore Academy holds un-restricted jurisdiction to flag, audit, or invalidate progress milestones that trigger baseline anti-gaming metrics or present signs of artificial velocity boosting.
4. Custom Sandbox & Resource Imports
- Siloed Access: Any custom training tracks, exam references, or institutional datasets imported into your personal account sandbox are accessible solely by your profile and accredited administrators for system validation.
- Copyright Compliance: Users warrant that they possess valid legal title, permissions, or license parameters for any corporate curriculum or training resources uploaded into their active workspaces.
- Security Isolation: All workspace datasets are fully encrypted in storage and have their transaction telemetry logged to ensure institutional transparency and platform durability.
5. User Conduct Matrix
You are strictly barred from deploying scripts to artificially advance timers, injecting false diagnostic information, manipulating transparency dashboards, or utilizing platform sandboxes to host or redistribute unlicensed intellectual property.
6. Profile Termination
FiCore Academy reserves the strategic right to freeze, suspend, or permanently strip access privileges from any user profile found violating these terms, executing unauthorized framework scraping, or compromising platform integrity metrics.
